The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 6481 Rainbow Lane, Cincinnati was sold on Sept. 27 by Timothy E. and Zella G. Dempsey for $143,500. The buyer was Clarke Hui Ping Lee.

This home last sold on Dec. 6, 2018 for $103,500.

So far in September 2021, 622 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Richard a Nicholson, 60, was the only registered voter residing at 6481 Rainbow Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020.
