On Sept. 27, Arnr Investment & Management LLC sold their two bedroom, one bathroom home at 5820 Roe St., Cincinnati to Phillip Grafton Shepard for $188,000.

This home last sold for $866,200 on Feb. 15, 2018.

So far in September 2021, 622 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Damenica Len Smith, 31, was the only registered voter residing at 5820 Roe St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
