On Oct. 20, Bet Stewart sold their four bedroom, three bathroom home at 4246 Langland St., Cincinnati to Anthony Bradford Edwards for $290,000.

The last time this home sold was Dec. 13, 2013. It last sold for $72,000.

So far in October 2021, 227 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 4246 Langland St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Caitlin M Desjardins, 33, Adam C Bellows, 37, Melissa R Bellows, 36, Kenneth Brandon Long, 34, and Brooke L Long, 32.
