The three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3535 Sedler St., Cincinnati was sold on Oct. 21 by Qbp Properties Ltd. for $65,000. The buyer was Jacob Cutter Holding Co. LLC.

So far in October 2021, 227 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were six registered voters residing at 3535 Sedler St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Amanda Jean Morrison, 29, Steven Michael Heil, 27, Brent Lee Heil, 50, Maria Elena Heil, 79, Millie Lynn Heil, 52, and Jack R Heil, 24.
