On Oct. 26, Ruth Allendoerfer sold their property at 1649 Westmoreland Ave., Cincinnati to Mark A. and Kirsten H Keppner Perica for $429,900.

This property last sold on April 25, 2003 for $168,500.

So far in October 2021, 464 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1649 Westmoreland Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Kathleen P Scullin, 71, and Donald P Silver, 66.
