On Nov. 10, Gregory J. and Emily Distler purchased a four bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home at 3704 Hyde Park Ave., Cincinnati from Justin and Jamie Campbell for $705,000.

So far in November 2021, 201 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Justin E Campbell has been registered to vote since 2011. Jamie Marie Campbell has been registered to vote since 2008.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
