The property at 1625 Vandalia Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Nov. 18 by Lauren and Matthew Westerfield for $410,000. The buyers were Andrew Wayne Hall and Maria Gemma Flores Elvira.

This property last sold on Aug. 21, 2018 for $429,000.

So far in November 2021, 418 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Matthew Douglas Westerfield has been registered to vote since 2018. Lauren Allison Dennisuk Westerfield has been registered to vote since 2018.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
