On Nov. 18, Lawrence W. and Monica C. Ervin sold their two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 1803 Baltimore Ave., Cincinnati to Zenova M Jenkins for $85,000.

So far in November 2021, 418 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Lawrence Wesley Ervin has been registered to vote since 2016. Lawrence W Ervin has been registered to vote since 1995. Monica C Ervin has been registered to vote since 1990.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were four registered voters residing at 1803 Baltimore Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Margaret Elizabeth Tener, 95, Lawrence Wesley Ervin, 29, Lawrence W Ervin, 64, and Monica C Ervin, 59.
