The two bedroom, two bathroom home at 4817 Plainville Road, Cincinnati was sold on Nov. 18 by Aaron Jon Petit Manter for $165,000. The buyer was Yolanda Fowler.

So far in November 2021, 418 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Aaron Jon Petit Manter (44) has been registered to vote since 1995.

There were no other registered voters living at the residence as of Oct. 10, 2020.
