On Dec. 2, Carleen and Markeith R Wynn purchased a one bedroom, one bathroom home at 7313 Van Kirk Ave., Cincinnati from Rose Ann Rothenbusch for $115,000.

This home last sold on April 3, 2002 for $71,000.

So far in December 2021, 28 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Nicole Frances Anderson, 43, was the only registered voter residing at 7313 Van Kirk Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
