On Dec. 2, Four50 LLC sold their two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 2410 Rainbow Court, Cincinnati to Elizabeth C. Jangiti for $159,900.

This home last sold on Feb. 17, 2021 for $55,000.

So far in December 2021, 28 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Henry J Palaszynski, 69, was the only registered voter residing at 2410 Rainbow Court as of Oct. 10, 2020.
