On Dec. 3, Collins Riverside Development LLC sold their property at 2519 Galvin Ave., Cincinnati to Spark Investments LLC for $2,000,769.

So far in December 2021, 70 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Lawrence E Brunner, 67, was the only registered voter residing at 2519 Galvin Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
