The four bedroom, two bathroom home at 2462 River Road, Cincinnati was sold on Dec. 3 by Collins Riverside Development LLC for $2,000,769. The buyer was Spark Investments LLC.

So far in December 2021, 70 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Lela J Ingram, 57, was the only registered voter residing at 2462 River Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
