The three bedroom, one bathroom home at 7159 Reading Road, Cincinnati was sold on Dec. 3 by Iva J. Smith-Richburg and Willie Richburg Jr. for $155,000. The buyer was Larkin Street Homes LLC.

So far in December 2021, 114 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Alexus D Smith, 29, was the only registered voter residing at 7159 Reading Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
