Rising home prices in Cincinnati in November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $13,250 while total sales increased by 28.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 322 homes sold, with a median sale price of $168,250 - a 8.5% increase over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 250 homes sold in Cincinnati in November 2020.
