November 2021: Home prices in Miami Township increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Miami Township rose by $158,500 while total sales remained unchanged with seven homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $338,500 - a 88.1% increase over the $180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Miami Township in November 2020, as well.
