On Dec. 10, Smart Moves Property LLC sold their one bedroom, two bathroom home at 5648 Colerain Ave., Cincinnati to Nia C Thomas for $145,000.

So far in December 2021, 208 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 5648 Colerain Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Shannan Renee Holston, 52, and Devon Anthony Holston, 30.
