On Dec. 10, Michael T. Mages sold their three bedroom, two bathroom home at 3312 Glenway Ave., Cincinnati to Preme Investments Group LLC for $43,000.

So far in December 2021, 208 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Sandra I Smith, 44, was the only registered voter residing at 3312 Glenway Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
