On Dec. 13, William T. Obrien Sr. and Anne C. Obrien sold their four bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 2852 Pineridge Ave., Cincinnati to Jeffrey and Jacqueline Potts for $530,000.

This home last sold on Sept. 23, 2011 for $212,000.

So far in December 2021, 208 properties sold in Cincinnati.
