The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1205 Groesbeck Road, Cincinnati was sold on Dec. 17 by M3 Holdings Group LLC for $145,000. The buyer was Crissandra Evans.

So far in December 2021, 55 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Minya Elizabeth Goodman, 44, was the only registered voter residing at 1205 Groesbeck Road as of Oct. 10, 2020.
