The two bedroom, one bathroom home at 1435 Manss Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Dec. 16 by Meyer Management Inc. for $82,000. The buyers were Michael and Katherine Mae Jenkins.

So far in December 2021, 55 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Khoi T Nguyen, 34, was the only registered voter residing at 1435 Manss Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
