The three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 4613 Chickering Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Dec. 23 by Juwanthers Shelton for $159,900. The buyers were Caitlin and Robert Cornwell Spielvogel.

This home last sold for $42,000 on May 14, 2008.

So far in December 2021, 456 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 4613 Chickering Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: William Earl Shelton, 51, and Akisha Elise Shelton, 42.
