On Dec. 22, Morgan Schuler purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 5804 Bramble Ave., Cincinnati from Ryan T. Sasse and Sarah Hagood for $285,000.

This home last sold on June 16, 2020 for $265,000.

So far in December 2021, 456 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Jimmie D Thompson, 39, was the only registered voter residing at 5804 Bramble Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
