Cincinnati home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Cincinnati rose by $9,500 while total sales increased by 0.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 400 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 7.9% increase over the $120,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 397 homes sold in Cincinnati in May 2017.
