The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Miami Township rose by $95,050 while total sales increased by 75%.

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Montgomery fell by $35,283 while total sales increased by 33.3%.

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Cincinnati rose by $9,500 while total sales increased by 0.8%.
