33 percent of applicants to Art Academy of Cincinnati were admitted for fall 2018

At Art Academy of Cincinnati, 89 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 71 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Cincinnati enrolled 201 students in fall 2018, including 192 in undergraduate and nine in graduate programs, data shows. 7.8 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

62 percent of undergraduates are residents of Ohio, and 38 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (72 percent) and Black or African American (11 percent).

The school admitted 33 percent of the 1,115 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 17 percent enrolled.
