Of the 301,394 people living in Cincinnati in 2019, 51.6 percent (155,494) were women and 48.4 percent (145,900) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Cincy Reporter.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 101,634-to-96,736. In the 65 and over age range, there were 21,700 females and 15,100 males.
