The first quarter of 2021: Home prices in St. Bernard fell

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in St. Bernard fell by $5,450 while total sales increased by 64.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $110,000 - a 4.7% decrease over the $115,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in St. Bernard in the first quarter of 2020.
