What happened to the median home price in Cincinnati during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $17,750 while total sales increased by 32.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 1,144 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,250 - a 13.5% increase over the $131,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 865 homes sold in Cincinnati in the first quarter of 2020.
