Median home prices in Sycamore Township rose to $172,250 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Sycamore Township rose by $32,250 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $172,250 - a 23% increase over the $140,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Sycamore Township in the first quarter of 2020.
