Falling home prices in Miami Township in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Miami Township fell by $59,750 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 25.5% decrease over the $234,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Miami Township in the first quarter of 2020.
