Harrison median home prices rose by 8.3% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Harrison rose by $13,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $178,750 - a 8.3% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Harrison in the first quarter of 2020.
