How did home prices perform in Norwood during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Norwood rose by $9,200 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 101 homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $171,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Norwood in the first quarter of 2020.
