The first quarter of 2021: Home prices in Amberley Village increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Amberley Village rose by $230,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $570,000 - a 67.6% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Amberley Village in the first quarter of 2020.
