St. Bernard median home prices fell by 66.9% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in St. Bernard fell by $101,250 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $50,000 - a 66.9% decrease over the $151,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in St. Bernard in March 2020.
