Cincinnati home prices rose in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Cincinnati rose by $13,050 while total sales increased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 423 homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 9.2% increase over the $141,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 276 homes sold in Cincinnati in March 2020.
