The four bedroom, three bathroom home at 213 Kinsey Ave., Cincinnati was sold on July 8 by Lenard Goode for $150,000. The buyer was Sylvester Marlon.

This home last sold for $32,000 on Nov. 27, 2007.

So far in July 2021, 100 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 213 Kinsey Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Michael D Clay, 40, Shevin T Higgins, 41, and Blessing Renell Partridge, 61.
