The four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home at 805 Tusculum Ave., Cincinnati was sold on July 7 by David T. and Kathryn S. Ottenjohn for $2,525,000. The buyers were Dana and James Rice Griffin.

So far in July 2021, 100 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Kathryn S Ottenjohn has been registered to vote since 1989. David Taylor Ottenjohn has been registered to vote since 1989.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 805 Tusculum Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: William Taylor Ottenjohn, 26, Kathryn S Ottenjohn, 61, and David Taylor Ottenjohn, 60.
