On July 8, John H. II and Julia K. Lechleiter purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 3516 Monteith Ave., Cincinnati from Brian M. and Anne S. Carlin for $650,000.

So far in July 2021, 100 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Brian Michael Carlin has been registered to vote since 2015. Anne Schlosser Carlin has been registered to vote since 2013.

The Ohio Secretary of State data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 3516 Monteith Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Brian Michael Carlin, 34, Marie Christine Schlosser, 32, and Anne Schlosser Carlin, 33.
