On July 9, Llr Warner Victor LLC purchased a four bedroom, two bathroom home at 2321 Victor St., Cincinnati from Julie and Frederick J. Rubidge for $275,000.

This home last sold on Nov. 12, 2015 for $132,000.

So far in July 2021, 156 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Kayla S Parr, 26, was the only registered voter residing at 2321 Victor St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
