This home last sold for $2,000 on Oct. 4, 2012.

So far in July 2021, 254 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1520 Ruth Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Meaghan Alexandra Clark, 29, and Erik Matthew Crew, 39.
