This home last sold on Dec. 13, 2016 for $122,000.

So far in July 2021, 244 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 809 Dayton St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Abdiel Luis Acevedo Santiago, 26, Reco D Smith, 43, and Kathleen Louise Casenhiser, 52.
