On Sept. 13, Rafael and Gladys Garcia sold their commercial property at 5877 Shadymist Lane, Cincinnati to Beryl Trail Property Management LLC for $265,000.

This commercial property last sold on Dec. 14, 2012 for $51,480.

So far in September 2021, 142 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were eight registered voters residing at 5877 Shadymist Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ayana Nagina Hanaan Contreras, 27, Farese S Gray, 35, Gary T Walker, 41, Malanie Walanda Hall, 32, Kyla a Crigler, 24, Yolonda Elaine McDowell, 53, Stephanie D Gardner, 38, and Aleisha Nicole Bonner, 40.
