On Sept. 8, Urban Sites LLC sold their commercial property at 1539 Elm St., Cincinnati to Southern Ohio Holding Organization LLC for $875,000.

This commercial property last sold for $30,000 on Sept. 1, 2016.

So far in September 2021, 256 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1539 Elm St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Bonnie K Bates, 70, and Angela Kalafatis, 70.
