The last time this home sold was Aug. 28, 2019. It last sold for $110,000.

This property is one of 30 sales so far in Norwood in October 2021.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, Adam Paul Behm, 35, was the only registered voter residing at 3953 Avilla Place as of Oct. 10, 2020.
