On Oct. 27, John and Tamara Sullivan purchased a three bedroom, two bathroom home at 1258 Morten Ave., Cincinnati from War Admiral LLC for $1,306,906.

The last time this home sold was Sept. 14, 2020. It last sold for $270,000.

So far in October 2021, 464 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1258 Morten Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joseph C Elsaesser, 70, and Bronwyn Park, 69.
