The one bedroom, one bathroom home at 2820 Sterrett Ave., Cincinnati was sold on Nov. 4 by Thomas O. Fay for $48,000. The buyer was Bradley William Davis.

So far in November 2021, 28 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 2820 Sterrett Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Patrick Kenneth Vickers, 66, and Roseanna Edwards, 67.
