This home last sold on March 18, 2021 for $40,000.

So far in November 2021, 28 properties sold in Cincinnati.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 957 Fairbanks Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Smittie Jearome Peterson, 47, Sandra Michelle Russell, 45, and Megan R Strader, 27.
