The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate J. D. Vance, JD Vance for Senate Inc., refunded $2,900 to Todd M. Kirby on May 17, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution to political committees (other than Super PACs and Hybrid PACs) from an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

JD Vance for Senate Inc. has refunded $7,900 total since Dec. 1, 2020.
