Rising home prices in Golf Manor in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Golf Manor rose by $41,950 while total sales decreased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,450 - a 35.1% increase over the $119,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Golf Manor in October 2020.
